These are called ‘Vinnie’s Sniping Missions’ and ‘Celebrity Big Brother 2010′.
Both websites are based on something in the real world.
Here is a description of both.
Vinnie’s Sniping Missions is a un-official website for all things Vinnie. Vinnie features in Sniping/Shoot ‘em Up games all over the internet and is the main character for the game ‘Sift Heads’. Sift Heads has a couple of sequels, which all feature Vinnie and his girlfriend, Shorty. Shorty also features helping out Vinnie in the ‘Shorty Covers’ game which is also a sequel to Sift Heads and Vinnie’s Shooting Yard. Celebrity Big Brother 2010 is a fansite based on the final series (aired on Channel 4) of the hit Reality TV show, Celebrity Big Brother. Everyday this week The Jay Man will post an MW2 secret. This could be a glitch, hint or just plain silly things that you probably already know.
Today, I am telling you about a Sniping Spot on Highrise. Obviously, this works on Multiplayer, Split Screen, Private Matches etc Below is a guide followed by a YouTube Video to help you do it!

On highrise, go to the house with a ladder on the sides and elevators inside it.
Climb up the ladder, then look to your left.
Stand back, and run and jump onto the crane on the left.
Now, run and jump again while facing directly forward (you should be looking at a crane turned sideways)
When you are on the crane, face right.
Run all the way to the end (don’t fall)
Look to your right, and run and jump onto the thing in front of you
It will give you the option to climb it, so do it.
Keep to the left of what you are standing on, then run across it towards a window (or opening)
Turn right, and stand in front of the window/opening
Crouch, then walk into the window/opening
You can now snipe out of the windows or spawn kill any enemies in the building you are in!
